The installation of the bracket has a significant impact on the performance of the four-wheel drive off-road forklift, therefore the following requirements should be followed when installing the bracket:

After installation and welding, perform internal stress relief and heat treatment, and machine the plane.

2. Plane deviation is only allowed to gradually decrease or increase, and sudden decrease or increase is not allowed to avoid peak load of four-wheel drive off-road forklifts.

3. The bearing installation base and platform should be kept clean, and it is strictly prohibited to leave debris and welding slag, otherwise it will directly affect the accuracy of bearing installation.

4. The installation bracket must be hard enough to prevent deformation, otherwise it will affect the overall performance of the four-wheel drive off-road forklift.
