1. The door frame of a four-wheel drive forklift must not have any deformation or weld detachment. The rolling gap between the inner and outer door frames should be adjusted reasonably, not exceeding 1.5mm. The rollers should rotate smoothly, and there should be no cracks or defects on the rollers and shafts. The wear of the wheel groove shall not exceed 10% of the original size.
2. The tension of the two lifting chains of a four-wheel drive forklift should be uniform, without twisting or deformation. The ends should be securely connected, and the pitch of the chains should not exceed 4% of the original length. Otherwise, the chains should be replaced.
